NyayDesk

Terms of Service

Draft template only — not legal advice and not a final contract. Have an Indian lawyer review and localise these terms before you take real clients, store client files, or accept payments.

1. What this product is

NyayDesk is practice-management software for advocates and small firms. It stores matter records, dates, checklists, fee figures you enter, and optional template drafts. It is software, not a law firm, not a legal process outsourcing service, and not a substitute for independent professional judgment.

2. Not legal advice

Nothing on NyayDesk is legal advice, a legal opinion, or a representation about a case outcome. AI-generated notices are template fills from facts you type. You must review every draft before use. You remain solely responsible for notices, pleadings, filings, and communications that leave your practice.

3. Your authority over client data

You may enter client names, contacts, opposite parties, and case particulars only if you are authorised to hold that information (typically as counsel on record or with client instruction). Do not upload privileged material you are not willing to process through the drafting model.

4. Access and isolation

Each account can read and write only its own rows. There is no shared firm inbox in this version. You are responsible for who can sign in to your account.

5. Paid plans

Current list prices: Basic ₹699/month (₹6,990/year), Standard ₹1,499/month (₹14,990/year), Pro ₹2,499/month (₹24,990/year), billed through Razorpay (UPI Autopay / card mandate). Cancelling from Plan stops future auto-renewal. Paid features remain until the current period ends, then the account returns to no paid access. Failed or lapsed payments revert the account.

6. Acceptable use

You must not attempt to access another user’s matters, scrape the service, or use drafting to generate content that is not based on facts you supplied. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NyayDesk is provided as-is. The operator is not liable for missed hearings, failed reminders, or the contents of any notice you send. This clause must be rewritten by counsel for Indian consumer and professional-conduct rules.
